About us:

Mike and Deborah Ouzts, the creative and innovative team behind FunnyFace Photography, have been capturing memories for people throughout Utah and beyond for five years.  Since the time when her parents finally gave in and gave her an old, used, Russian camera when she was thirteen, Deborah has been studying and practicing the art of photography.   She married Mike in 1999, who also shares her love of photography and blends with it a thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of digital photography and computers.  They now have two boys and live in Farmington, Utah.

Mike and Deborah have discovered that many things worth remembering at an event sometimes happen away from the photographer as friends and family enjoy fun and candid moments with one another.  In an effort to add these layers of personality-filled memories into the mix, they have developed the FunnyFace PhotoBooth.

The FunnyFace PhotoBooth was created in early 2008 in hopes of bringing more fun to a wedding.  It sure was a hit and continues to be a hit everywhere it has gone.  It has brought so much fun to so many people that we can't imagine our business without it.

It’s 10pm!  The time is finally here to announce a winner.  Here’s the deal.  Our photo booth giveaways’ didn’t go exactly as we planned.  We were hoping to have at least 100 unique comments for this giveaway to work on each of our sites.  We really wanted to giveaway two photo booth rentals.  We just wanted a little more exposure and we thought a giveaway would be a great prize and worth the effort for people to share our giveaway and our site to others.  So thank you to those of you who followed all of the requirements to our giveaway, we appreciate it so much.  Since we really don’t have enough comments on either of our sites to do two giveaways’, we decided anyway to combined the comments from this site which had 54 comments and www.funnyfacephoto.com which had 47 comments for a total of 101 comments.  So we have enough comments to do at least one giveaway, Yipee!  To be fair, the winner was picked by combining the comments from both of our sites.  We numbered the comments by the first person to comment on this site as #1 up to #54 and #55 to #101 on funnyfacephoto.com respectively.     We then went to random.org to find our winning number.  So with out further adieu, Congratulations goes to Sean, you are comment #8 and the lucky winner of the 4 hour FunnyFace PhotoBooth rental. Woo hoo!  We are so excited for you!  We will contact you by email but if you don’t hear from us by tomorrow then please contact us.

The Sweetest Photo Booth Giveaway! Spread The Word!

First of all I would like to say a BIG Thank You! to all of our fans, clients, friends and family.  We wouldn’t be where were at today if it wasn’t for you.  So Thank You!  As part of our way of saying thanks we think we have come up with something fun and we hope you’ll help us out!  We have done giveaway’s before but nothing like this.   The point of this contest is to just simply let more people know about us.

We are giving away a 4 hour FunnyFace Photobooth rental!!  Thats a $1200 value!  This is our sweetest deal yet and really, entering this giveaway is easy, so come on, help us spread the word!

What you need to do, 3 easy steps

The details

It can be for any type of event (wedding, corporate party, grad night, prom, after party, grand opening, charity/fundraiser, expo/trade show, etc.) between now and March 1. 2011

Your event can be anywhere in the state of Utah or in Las Vegas.

Already have the photobooth booked with us this year? That’s alright, if you win you’ll get it free!!

There must be at least 100 unique comments in order for the contest to work.

And of course, it’s subject to availability.

The prize is transferable (woo-hoo!!) That means anyone can participate.  If you have people that are trying to win the photobooth for you then obviously the more the better!  Get them involved too. Basically we are doing this big giveaway to drive traffic to our site and since the value of what we are giving away is so big we would like to have at least 100 people involved when it comes time to pick the winner.  If you are getting married and really want the photobooth at your wedding then have your family and friends hop on our site and participate in this giveaway!!  Example: If you have 25 friends at work that do the 3 easy steps above and one of them gets picked then they can transfer the win to you.  If you know someone that this would be perfect for then try to win for them.

2nd Annual Forever Pink Prom | Photo Booth Video | Salt Lake City, Utah

Here’s the video I promised earlier this week. Its from the 2nd Annual Forever Pink Prom for the Elyse Pantke White Foundation.  This event was held at The Tower at Rice-Eccles Stadium on the campus of the University of Utah. I had fun putting this together and I think it really shows the fun everyone had at the event. See the previous post for more pictures from this event.
